I noticed this in the front page of PoetryPlease:

PoetryPlease tries to be a very community-oriented group. This means that the members are the driving force; if you’re not happy, or feel unfulfilled, then we, the staff, are letting you down. We are always willing to listen to suggestions and/or complaints. If you have an idea that you think would benefit the group, please do not hesitate to let us know!

Yet, here there is a rule stating not to question the ops.

Can we, or can we not question actions done by the chatroom leaders? Not necessarily concerning bans.

You may do so by note in the club; we discourage dissent in the chatroom because the problem tends to explode and people who are not and should not be involved feel they should. The chat rules specifically say to direct your complaints to the club.
